From Roquecourbe (on the way to Castres) Les Salvages is the starting point for a very interesting route to Burlats.

you will reach the EDF d'Anselme dam at a place called La Rode. Below the dam
the banks have been cleared of undergrowth. There is a large population of perch,
pike and white fish. Trout are sometimes spilt in, as is the case upstream
