At 600m 'altitude, between steep valleys, deep forests and waters full of fish, the Monts d'Alban, between Albi and the Lacaune Mountains, invite you to a change of air, to hiking, to full nature sports. Sylvain and Alexandra are perpetuating the family tradition of welcome to the farm of La Bourrelié. They have taken over the gîte for groups created by their mother Babeth, gîte which, from now on, has reached an accommodating capacity of 50 places. Le Fer à Cheval is also a school educational farm, able to welcome children in an educational frame (discovery classes) or stay (staying at the farm). Le Fer à Cheval is, last but not least, the realm of horses, where your children can share the life of the farm horses. Certified DDJS(Youth & Sports), National Education. Horse-riders accommodation(stalls). Horse pension. Swimming-pool on site.
Gîte for groups, capacity 50 places, all in bunk bds 3ft x 6ft2, over 3 separate buildings on the farm. One one side, 1 bdrm 2 pers., with washing facilities, 3 bdrms with 8 bds, washing facilities (3 showers, 2 WC),hall with fireplace. Opposite : kitchen, dining-rm, fireplace, activities hall. On the other side : 3 bdrms (4 to 6 pl.), with washing facilities(5 showers, 3 WC). Finally, in the former stable, a 10 places area, with washing facilities. Bd sheets supplied.
