Near the charming village of Espérausses, this gîte invites you to immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by forests and green fields—perfect for those who love tranquility and authentic landscapes.

Between forest walks and cultural getaways, explore the Monts de Lacaune and their unspoiled panoramas, or take a stroll around Lake Raviège, an ideal spot for a refreshing break. A little further, discover the historic bastides of the Tarn, the Dadou Gorges, or the medieval heritage of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This 90 m² semi-detached gîte, adjoining the home of the owners' son, provides a warm and friendly setting for a getaway with family or friends. Accommodating up to 4 people, it combines comfort and simplicity, with amenities suited to every season.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads through a gated courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. After two small steps, a nature-inspired hallway welcomes you into the living space, which includes a functional kitchen area, a dining space, and a cozy lounge equipped with a pellet stove—perfect for warming winter evenings (in addition to electric heating)—as well as a television. A laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC complete this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes:
One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed
Another bedroom also with a 140x190 cm bed
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.
The gîte is equipped with WiFi, baby equipment available on request, and accepts pets (with a fee).

Outside, enjoy the peaceful countryside surrounding the gîte. The shaded courtyard, furnished with garden furniture, is a lovely space for dining or relaxation. Parking is conveniently located right next to the gîte.
