Stay in a former wine storehouse built in the 18th century and converted into a home in the 1980s.
Le Tilleul, a totally independent gîte, was tastefully renovated a few years ago. It can now accommodate up to 12 guests.
Situated in the countryside, close to the village of Salvagnac (500 m), you'll enjoy peace and quiet without being isolated. You'll enjoy a hectare of fenced parkland surrounding the house, and a magnificent view over the bastide town of Salvagnac and the surrounding hills.
This family home is equipped to make you feel immediately at ease. You'll find :
Ground floor:
- a large living room with cathedral ceiling, open kitchen, dining room and lounge with large TV, 200 channels (Netflix® and Free® offer), wifi... Fully-equipped kitchen: vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, waste sorting facilities.
- a sleeping area comprising 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
- separate WC, bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Gîte Le Tilleul, with a surface area of over 180m², is surrounded by terraces and all ground-floor bedrooms have direct access via windows. Reversible air conditioning, 300L water heater, non-smoking house.
Parking right in front of the gîte, in the owner's house. One hectare of enclosed grounds to share with the animals already living on the property: goats, sheep, cats.
Private outdoor swimming pool open from June 1 to September 1. You'll find deckchairs, tables and chairs, parasol, pergola, plancha and solar shower. Dimensions: 11x5m, unheated.

Towels, sheets and household linen can be provided on request and at extra cost.
The pool is secured by a fence, a gate and an alarm, but nothing can replace the vigilance of adults. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
