Totally self-contained gîte in a traditional Gaillacois building.

Sheltered terrace with garden furniture for lounging and barbecuing in summer. Garden and courtyard of 300m².

- Ground floor:
- Entrance hall leading to open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, filter coffee maker, Tassimo® pod coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, DVD player, radio and CD player.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and en suite shower room with washbasin
- Separate WC

- First floor:
- Direct access to a first bedroom opening onto the stairwell with two single beds (90x190cm)
- Second bedroom, also open between the first and above the entrance. Double bed 140x190cm with shower room: shower, wc and washbasin.

Baby equipment available on request. No Wifi available in the gîte. Electric heating. Possibility of renting sheets, and cleaning service at the end of your stay (extra charge). Household linen (towels, tea towels, etc.) and bathroom linen are provided.



La Janade... On the tour of the Albigensian bastides and in the Gaillac vineyards... On the Cordes plateau and close to the Tarn valley... A discreet and welcoming corner of the countryside... A white stone house warmed by the sun... A well in the shade of an old almond tree... A hedge of hundred-year-old box trees... A view over the rolling countryside... And in the distance, on a clear day, the Pyrenees range silhouetted against the blue sky... Occasionally, the breath of the autan wind.
