** LE GITE **

Newly-built detached house on Antonia and Didier's property. The property is enclosed and planted with trees, with a separate entrance for the gîte, a secure gate and private parking in front of the property or directly in front of the gîte.

Covered, independent terrace in front of the entrance to the gîte, with plancha available.

- Living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Senseo® pod coffee maker, induction hob...
- Dining and living area with TV. The first air-conditioning unit is located in the living room.
- Laundry room with freezer, washing machine and baby equipment (high chair, cot).

Large ground-floor bedroom with 180x200cm double bed and dressing room.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and large washbasin. The shower room can be accessed from the living room through a connecting door in the bedroom.

Second bedroom in the attic, on an open mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase. Barrier at top of staircase. The bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90x190cm) and a double bed (140x190cm), as well as air-conditioning for a cool night's sleep.

Outside: swimming pool to be shared with the owners (who don't bathe very often!). Dimensions: 6x10m with progressive bottom from 0.90cm to 1.50m. Unheated pool covered by a bubble. You can also enjoy the owners' entire garden.

All-inclusive gîte for your comfort: sheets, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
