Les Arbres Mondes – Le Figuier

This cottage is located in an exceptional natural environment. In this calm and peaceful place you will be able to observe a very rich fauna and flora. Biodiversity has been preserved there. This comfortable cottage is the ideal place to reconnect with nature.

Ideally situated between Penne and Vaour on an 80-hectare estate, Les Nouels welcomes you for a stay in the heart of nature in the Grésigne forest.

Here you can recharge your batteries in peace and quiet, relax by the swimming pool and take long walks in the forest. And perhaps you'll be lucky enough to come across a roe deer or a doe along the way.

Unplugged holidays at Les Nouels: no television or wifi in the guest houses

If you're looking for a more active holiday, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area: hiking, cycling, canoeing in the Aveyron Gorges... And if you're interested in history, you're in the right place: the fortress of Penne, Saint-Antonin-Noble Val, Bruniquel, Puycelsi and Cordes-sur-Ciel border the Grésigne forest.

There are two guest houses on site, Le Figuier and Le Châtaigner, which are adjoining and share a swimming pool, garden and outdoor areas.

The swimming pool (unheated) is open from 15 June.

The Figuier guest house is on the ground floor and has two levels.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, sitting area with fireplace, one bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with en-suite shower room and fitted WC, WC area and storage/laundry room.

Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase: 4 large attic bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200), 2 shower rooms with showers, 3 wc.

The washing machine is located in a room shared by the 2 guest houses.

Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be hired for a supplement of €50/week.

Cleaning is included in the price.

Ground floor:

- kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 6-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker

- dining area: large table for 10 people, 10 chairs, 2 stools

- lounge area: 2 2-seater sofas and 3 armchairs

- bedroom with disabled access, 160cm bed, wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc

First floor:

- Bedroom 1 : 1 south-facing window and 1 velux window, 1 bed 160, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers

- Bedroom 2: 1 north-facing window and 1 velux window, 1 bed 160cm, 1 chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables. This bedroom is accessible via bedroom 1.

- Shower room: 1 vanity unit, shower cubicle, storage space, WC; the shower room can be accessed via bedroom 2.

- Bedroom 3: 1 south-facing window, 1 velux window and a door opening directly onto the swimming pool, 2 beds 80cm, 1 chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 1 table and a kitchen area.

- Bedroom 4: 1 north-facing window and 1 velux window, 1 160cm bed, 1 chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables; This bedroom is accessible by crossing bedroom 3.

- Shower room: 1 vanity unit, shower cubicle, storage space, WC; the shower room can be accessed from bedroom 4.
