One-storey gîte, very recent, easy-to-live-in house, accessible to people with reduced mobility, to the rear of the owners' home.

Private garden and terraces, not overlooked, view of the field behind and the Gaillac hills. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Living room with fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave...), sitting area with comfortable sofa bed for two additional people, laundry room (washing machine), two bedrooms, shower room (shower, double basin), separate toilet.

One bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, the second two 90x190 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay.

The swimming pool is shared with the owners. Bean-shaped, it measures 8x4m, with a depth of 1.2-1.5m. Security provided by a barred cover.

2 minutes from the center of Gaillac, on the route des coteaux de Matens. Ideal location for discovering France's oldest vineyard and meeting the winemakers at our summer aperitif concerts. Discover the Pays des Bastides and its fortified and picturesque villages, Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City just 20 minutes away.
