Located just a few minutes from the legendary Albi racing circuit, Maison de Suzie is ideally located to take part in the events offered by the Albi circuit. Whether you are a driver, a motor sports enthusiast or simply curious, you are in the right place!
The cottage is also close to amenities, the city center of Albi and its majestic Sainte-Cécile cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are very close. The highway that connects Toulouse to Albi is easy to reach, making it easy to travel around the department.

** THE COTTAGE **

Single-storey house in a quiet residential area. The cottage is adjoining an annual rental but your entrance is independent. You have a large parking lot on one side of the cottage, and the enclosed garden is on the other side.

Living room with reversible air conditioning that is easily diffused into the bedrooms.
- living room area with sofa, TV and books
- open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- right next to the kitchen, the garage converted into a laundry room with ironing board, washing machine / dryer and baby equipment on request (chair, bed, stroller, bathtub, games). Garage not accessible to cars.

The sleeping area:
- bedroom with dressing room, 140x190cm bed and flat screen TV
- bedroom and dressing room, 140x190cm bed
- office with 140x190cm sofa bed
- bathroom with shower and double sink
- separate toilet

Outside: a terrace with outdoor table and parasol, and small enclosed garden. The garden of the cottage overlooks the garden of the owners who live opposite, with large fir trees.

Sheets and cleaning are optional. Welcome pack with daily essentials offered (tea towels, toilet paper, household products, etc.).
