Le Mas du Payssel is a group of three independent accommodations, divided into two large houses around a swimming pool.
The Mas du Payssel, a renovated former farming estate, comprises three independent flats in two large houses around a swimming pool:
- "La Vigneronne", sleeps 6/8.
- "La Grande maison de famille", 8/10 people
- "Le Loft", sleeping 4/6.
The Mas du Payssel's decor and facilities are ideal for bringing your family and friends together in a relaxing setting.
Situated in the heart of the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the Tarn.
In total, you'll enjoy 430 m2 of space! So 130m² for the "Maison de famille" - 130m² for the "Loft" and 170 m² for the "Vigneronne", 3 lounges, 3 fully-equipped kitchens, 9/10 bedrooms, 4 showers, 5 toilets that will be at your disposal for holidays in the Tarn.
The Payssel "Vigneronne" :
This is the first house in the complex.
Large bay windows let you take advantage of the house's perfect exposure and brightness from the very first hours of the day. From the spacious kitchen, you can access the cosy living room. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a study area where the sofa can be converted into a bed. Each bedroom, including the sofa, has a 160*200 bed and comfortable bedding.
The bathroom is upstairs, and there are separate toilets upstairs and downstairs.
This winegrower's house sleeps 6/8 people. Part of the garden/terrace is fully enclosed. A gas barbecue/plancha is available. A ping-pong table and a socket for recharging your electric car complete the facilities of this first house.
The "Grande Maison de famille" :
This is the second house.
With its more traditional architecture, the large kitchen opening onto the dining room is the perfect place to get together. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and two separate toilets are all on one level, overlooking the terrace and swimming pool.
The stone walls, beams and wooden floors create a cosy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing on holiday.
All the bedding is 160*200, and bunk beds have been added in the largest bedroom. This large family home sleeps 10.
The Payssel "Loft" :
The former attic of the family home is now a loft!
Access is separate from that of the large family home. The layout is modern, but the stone and wood have been preserved. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the larger one also has bunk beds. The loft sleeps 6. A pool table is available in this area.
The exterior features a terrace for each home, and the terrace of the large house has been designed to bring you all together by the pool.
The pool can be raised from 90cm to 170cm. So the whole family can enjoy it! The pool is fully enclosed.
A charcoal barbecue, a gas barbecue, a swing, a boules pitch, a ping-pong table, badminton equipment... will enable you to enjoy your afternoons and evenings.
The Mas du Payssel is close to Cordes sur Ciel, in the heart of Tarn's Toscane region. On foot, by bike or by car, you can easily discover the Tarn from your holiday home.
Car essential! Charging point available on site.
To help you travel light, the rental includes beds made up on arrival, towels, tea towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products, etc.).
