Over their grounds, the owners have set up a small, independent gîte, in a corner of the Albigeoise countryside. While being very calm, it is accessible and close to all shops and services of the village of Lescure d'Albigeois. A few kms away from Albi, a prefecture town, you won't miss you won't miss discovering all the treasure of the Red town, named after the omnipresent bricks in the ancient buildings. Its jewel is its Episcopal City, one of the best preserved in France, classified World Heritage by the Unesco : the imposing and almost military mass of the Cathedral Ste-Cécile will take your breath away, the Palais de la Berbie shelters the richest collection of the Albigeois painter, Toulouse-Lautrec. Along the lanes of the medieval district , or along your strolls on the Tarn banks, you will be under the spell of this city's charm, marked by its pleasure of living.
This gîte, near the owners' house, with partly uncluttered view, enjoys a lawn, tree-planted area. On ground level after 2 steps : living-rm-cum-kitchenette, 1 bdrm (1 dble bd, possibility of one additional bd 1 pers), shower rm. Electric heating, exhaust.
