Situated in the peace and quiet of the countryside, but only 10 minutes from the episcopal city of Albi and 40 minutes from Cordes-sur-Ciel or Castres, you'll be within easy reach of all the department's tourist attractions. The 3 valleys zoo in Montredon-Labessonnié is 30 km away, the Cap' Découverte site is 20 km away, Aquaval in Lautrec is 30 km away, the Talerio riding centre is 500 metres away, and the property's garden and swimming pool are sure to delight children.

First floor: large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), two single beds (90x200cm) adjoining the living room (separated by a curtain), shower room, wc. Gas central heating, fireplace with wood burner. Small terrace with garden furniture and table.

Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning service available at extra cost. Swimming pool, portico, barbecue and grounds (3000 m²) to be shared with the owners.

Please note: the swimming pool is open from June to September (this period may vary according to weather conditions).
