A single-storey house, well located for exploring the Tarn!

The village of Briatexte is centrally located to explore the riches of the Tarn. A few meters from the cottage, in the village, the first amenities: mini-market, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy... Very close, Graulhet, nicknamed the capital of leather thanks to its historical know-how. For a green stroll, Les Jardins des Martels will immerse you in a floral universe with multiple influences.

For a refreshing break, you will have the choice between Rabastens beach to swim in the Tarn under the ramparts, Lake Nabeillou for a fishing trip in Graulhet or Aquaval in Lautrec with its leisure complex with swimming pools, slides, playground, fishing...

THE COTTAGE:
Located in a quiet residential subdivision, the Reflet d'Epoque cottage is a sweet mix of second-hand and restored objects with touches of modernity to find the right balance.
The house is on one level with two steps outside to access the cottage.

The entrance opens onto a corridor which serves:
- on the left, a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.
- on the right, the living room with TV and dining table
- a separate toilet
- a bathroom with shower
- three bedrooms: two with a 160x200cm bed, and the third bedroom with a single bed 80cm with a drawer to provide a double bed 160cm.

From the kitchen, access to the garage where the washing machine is located. You can park your car in the garage, or park easily in front of the house.

Outside: a covered terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal outside. The garden surrounds the house and is fenced.
On request: complete baby equipment (high chair, bed, stroller, playpen, etc.).
