The Ferme aux Champs Etoilés consists mainly of a layer hen farm, a snail farm and cereal crops.
All these activities are carried out according to the principles of agroecology (establishment of agroforestry systems in the poultry runs, diversified and organic meadow crops, etc.) and the entire production is marketed in short circuits.
