This small organic peasant farm in Sénouillac produces fruit (apples and melons), apple juice and ancient cereal flours (wheat and small spelt). Everything is sold via markets, local AMAPs and producers' stores.
Apples: A dozen varieties available from August to March, including heirloom varieties. Direct sales only (AMAP de Rivières, AMAP d'Autan, AMAP de Fondenise, AMAP de St Sulpice, AMAPs d'Albi, etc.).
Melons: Charentais, very fragrant and sweet, grown in open fields. Sold at Albi markets (Place Fernand Pelloutier on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons, Castelviel farmers' market on Thursday afternoons) and in farmers' stores ("Ô Saveurs Paysannes" in Le Séquestre).
Semi-complete flours from ancient cereals (wheat and small spelt) grown and milled on the farm on granite millstones. Sold at AMAPs, markets and stores.
Apple juice: tasty, sweet and refreshing, unfiltered juice made from apples grown in the orchard. Sold at AMAPs and markets.
