Lompèdre Jacques

Producer of organic mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, hedgehog mushrooms) on a pasteurised substrate made from wood and spent grains (production waste) from local organic breweries.
Fresh mushrooms, depending on the day's harvest, or in dehydrated form.

I sell my produce to local restaurants, grocery shops and private individuals on request.
There is no market at the moment, but delivery is possible within a reasonable distance and quantity.

Informations supplémentaires

The mushrooms are harvested and delivered the same day, otherwise they are dehydrated to preserve their freshness and nutritional qualities.
Production takes place between Saint-Sulpice (81370) and Coufouleux (81800).
Deliveries are made to Toulouse.
