For over 70 years, the PIGOT family has looked after its farmland in TECOU (81).

SARL PIGOT was set up in September 2012 to develop durum wheat from A to Z.

BA PLA pasta was born from the rich soil of the Tarn region, on the plain of Técou.

Jean-François PIGOT, a former cereal farmer, is attached to the know-how and love of the land, and today transforms durum wheat into dry pasta in his production workshop in Técou.
