After working as a caterer specialising in seafood and influenced by numerous trips abroad, we created this restaurant in March 2020. The cuisine is generous, light, inventive, intuitive, traditional and contemporary.
We also offer a range of food and beverages in our indoor and outdoor (patio with flowers) dining rooms . A choice of regional wines and drinks, a selection of beers, ice creams, coffees and teas from all over the world, cocktails with or without alcohol as well as gourmet suggestions are available. Our plates of selected oysters and seafood, the use of seaweed and fresh salicornia in our recipes make the establishment a place recognised by seafood lovers. The sale of oysters is also done to take away, open or closed. Autumn brings us to our new season menu, squash, chestnuts, game and traditional stewed dishes enrich our offers.
