Le Grain de Sel is an extraordinary restaurant located in Albi Madeleine station, where the majority of the team have Down's syndrome.

More than just an inclusive restaurant, it's a gourmet venue serving market-fresh cuisine made with produce from short supply chains. For lunch or dinner, our guests can choose between two starters, two main courses and two desserts, with a menu that changes every fortnight. Our chef likes to go off the beaten track with surprising combinations and varied seasonal suggestions. Most of our wines are organic, for a culinary experience that respects the environment.

Easy access and plenty of free parking will be your first pleasant surprise. Albi's free electric shuttle buses also serve the restaurant from the town centre.

Our air-conditioned establishment welcomes you in a space reminiscent of the inside of a train, with an industrial and vintage decor. Our customers can admire the steeple of Albi cathedral through our glass roof, adding a touch of charm to the whole with the liveliness of the station platform. The Grain de Sel's terrace also allows you to eat outdoors in fine weather.
